About
“It's just life, so keep dancing through.”
― Stephen Schwartz, Wicked
I put on my first tutu at age two and never looked back. Through each stage of my life, I discovered another reason to love the stage and the art of performance. I am based out of Los Angeles, CA and currently attend James Madison University for Musical Theatre. At JMU, I am also minoring in Honors Interdisciplinary Studies and Dance, but you can also find me making music with my a cappella group Into Hymn, taking dance classes, drinking iced honey almond milk lattes, or hanging out with friends. Back in California, I love spending time with my family, performing at local theaters, babysitting, songwriting, getting açai bowls with friends, & serving in kids ministry at my home church! Like Buddy the Elf, “smiling’s my favorite,” and I love to make people laugh.
Between different shows & training, I have explored a passion for working with and teaching kids, along with engaging in scenic design. The process of creating theatre has become much more than practicing and memorizing, and I have a love for the cultivation of the theatre family community. I enjoy helping a young curious performer remember whether to chassé to the right or left, and I also love exploring a character’s complicated intentions with wise directors. I am grateful to the many artists who have taught and mentored me and helped me grow as a human and artist.
